Venison Processing
So you you
bagged a big buck or doe - what are you going to do with the
meat? Venison
hamburger for supper every night for the next 8 months isn't
exactly how you wanted to remember your hunting experience. You
need to get some good sausage made from it. And where do you take
it for good sausage? Well consider this: If your truck needed a
new transmission, which of these businesses would you take it to:
Joes Antiques, Pharmacy, TV Repair, Ice Cream Parlor, Gift Shop, Heating and Sheet Metal, Jewelry and Auto Repair?
Or would
you take it to a transmission repair specialist?
So don't take your venison to some grocery store. Bring it to Ruef's Meat Market where sausage is our only business.
At Ruef's, we'll skin & cut your deer carcass and wrap and freeze the fresh cuts (steaks, chops, & roasts), and make the remaining trimmings into delicious sausages using the same old world recipes we use for the sausages we sell in our store and to numerous restuarants and retail outlets thoughout Wisconsin.
Or, if you're the do-it-yourself type, cut your own dear and bring in your venison trimmings and we'll turn all that scrap into a tasty treat.
